Emydex Technology is a software company specialising in the development and implementation of shop floor data capture and production management systems for the food industry.

Our Primary markets being Beef, Lamb, Pork and Poultry processors.

Founded in 2004 by Redmond Burke (Managing Director) and James Grennan (Technical Director) we have grown in line with our business success and now employ a software development team, two implementation teams, a support team and a sales team.

Our headquarters is based in Dublin, Ireland with a branch office in Leicestershire, England.

Emydex currently supports a customer base of over 30 processing plants throughout Ireland and the UK.
