We at Emydex provide excellent customer account management process throughout each phase of a project, whether it be new or existing customer. This ensure the best expertise every time. Our delivery process is achieved through three team frameworks:- Product Development, Implementation and Support.

New customers – We work on initial requirements, continuing onto delivering fully developed solutions with continuous support from the support centre.

Existing customers – These processes continue when new features are required or where the decision is made to incorporate additional modules to their systems.

Delivery Team

Lorna Daly


Lead by Lorna Daly. Lorna manages five separate programming teams that work on the implementation of our core platform and modules for specific customer implementations. These teams will work to customise Emydex as per the specific business practices of our customers. They will integrate Emydex with our customer’s financial/ERP systems, link into factory floor hardware devices (new or existing), integrate to suppliers, customers or even 3rd party Government web services etc.

Lorna joined Emydex in October 2011. She has over 5 years previous experience in Computer Services, having previously worked for IBM. Lorna obtained a Bsc in Business Computing from Athlone IT.

Shirley O'Hara

Project Management

Shirley joined Emydex in December 2017. She has over 5 years’ experience working in Project Management in a software company. In Emydex, she works with new customers managing their projects, aswell as managing new projects for existing customers.

Shirley’s academic achievements include a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Systems. She is also qualified as a PRINCE2 Practitioner.

Valerie Coleman

 Project Management

Valerie joined Emydex in November 2015 as a Software Development Intern. She has now moved on to Project Manager, where she manages new projects for existing customers. Valerie works closely with the customer and the developer to enhance the customer experience and give them additional functionality where required.

Valerie has many academic achievements including: A Higher Diploma in Software Development at Dublin Business School, a Diploma in International Business and Languages, and she has also completed a Java Programming course, accredited by Oracle.
