Customer Helpdesk Manager
Managed by Darragh Armstrong, our helpdesk team manage a support desk for our existing customers as well as being the first point of contact for any new change requests.
Darragh has a background in Telecommunications and Social Care with 3 years’ experience working as part of Ireland’s largest telecommunications firm.
He believes that clear communication is key to any customer relationship and strives to ensure that the customer is consistently updated.
Darragh’s strengths lie in his organizational skills and his ability to coach a team to strive towards a unified goal.
