Customer Helpdesk Manager
Managed by Gerard Dudley, our helpdesk team manage a support desk for our existing customers as well as being the first point of contact for any new change requests.
Gerard has a background in IT with 10 years’ experience working on Helpdesks with Hewlett Packard.
He believes that communication is key to any customer relationship and strives to ensure that the support desk are providing an excellent service to our customers.
Gerard’s strengths lie in his organizational skills and his ability to drive a team towards achieving goals.
