Tester Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Creation of test strategy and test plans<\/li>\n<li>Execution and reporting of manual test plans<\/li>\n<li>Reporting to Project Managers on test status<\/li>\n<li>Working closely with developers to identify and mitigate risk<\/li>\n<li>Identification and enforcement of quality gates<\/li>\n<li>Continuous improvement of Emydex&#8217;s testing approach<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2. Application Support Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Interact with customers via telephone, e-mail, and the web, providing technical support and problem-solving abilities<\/li>\n<li>Identify, evaluate, and prioritise customer&#8217;s problems while formulating plans of resolution<\/li>\n<li>Assist in identifying resolution gaps at the helpdesk and author knowledge base submissions accordingly<\/li>\n<li>&gt;Provide in-depth root cause analysis to the helpdesk manager for all issues resolved<\/li>\n<li>Assist in evaluating new services, processes, and technologies introduced at the helpdesk<\/li>\n<li>&gt;Escalate unresolved issues to implementation team programmers or the helpdesk manager as necessary<\/li>\n<li>Work with staff to promote, develop and maintain strong customer service values<\/li>\n<li>Additional projects as required, such as preparing system and user documentation testing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3.
