The system, still in operation today, incorporates lairage bookings, sequencing, and grading\u00a0terminals, as well an offal packing, carcass dispatch station, also a Beef Payments system with real-time links back to our main\u00a0boning hall plant in\u00a0BallyJamesduff.\u00a0\u200b<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>A few years later, we installed Emdyex door-to-door in a second plant, our value-added operation in BallyJamesduff, a plant that produces a range of value-added products. The benefits of this system are; efficiency and productivity, data management and analysis, scalability and flexibility and continuous improvement.\u200b<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0\u200bHaving worked with Dave and his team for the past 14 years, I can say the key difference with Emdyex is their &#8216;can do&#8217; attitude. Every meat processor has different wants and needs.
