Based in Scotland, Dawnfresh Seafoods is the largest Trout Producer in the UK, operating three different facilities with high brand credentials. Dawnfresh are renowned for Trout, and also Salmon, producing high-quality fish and seafood products for the food service and retail industries in the UK and around the world.
The business manages a number of farming sites as well as specialised production facilities handling fresh, chilled, frozen, marinated, smoked and other value-added lines, including the RR Spink & Sons smoking facility in Arbroath, the Silver Tide Marinades facility in Grantown on Spey, as well as the Loch Etive factory in Uddingston.
