Through the deployment of Emydex’s Manufacturing Execution System (MES) at its flagship Camolin plant in Co. Wexford, ICM has achieved end-to-end traceability from livestock intake to dispatch, standardised data capture across critical control points, and strengthened compliance, grading accuracy and animal payments.
This transformation positions Irish Country Meats at the forefront of modern, digitally enabled lamb processing in Europe.
