A newly founded meat processor in Ireland
Established in 2014, Meat & More is a relatively new meat processor, that is a ‘spin-off’ company growing out of Emydex’s very first customer, QK Meats who first implemented Emydex’s beef boning hall traceability software system back in 2005.
Meat & More specialises in ‘ready-to-cook’ meals across all species including poultry, pork,beef and lamb for the retail and food service sectors from a dedicated 20,000 sq. ft. BRC Grade A facility, located in Naas, Co Kildare.
Working with Emydex
Meat & More approached Emydex in September 2016, with a view to extending the reach of Emydex within the Meat & More facility to cover the full factory operations from door-to-door, including seamless integration to Insight for Master data files, purchase Order processing & Intake, as well as Sales Order Processing & dispatch.
