Traceability is one of the most important requirements for any food production facility, being able to trace product backwards or forwards quickly and accurately is vital.
Traceability is built into every module of the Emydex platform, reducing the size of potential recalls and using Emydex's reporting functions to deliver instant traceability reports across a range of methods and levels to suit each factory's processes.

Full traceability across complex many-to-many batch relationships
Batches can be set up in advance or created on the fly on the factory floor. Product can be scanned into and produced from these batches, and Emydex allows customers to maintain and simply report on full batch traceability, even in many-to-many relationships.
