Emydex software is highly configurable and customisable. Through a customer-specific layer of Business Logic, Emydex software can be adapted to suit existing business processes, delivering a much closer fit with your business.
Having been in business for over 12 years, Emydex have a vast amount of software covering almost every aspect of a food processors business operations on the factory floor, from door-to-door. So it’s highly probably that Emydex already have a software solution already built to match your business needs. If we don’t have a solution that is an exact match however, then we have the flexibility to modify (overwrite) our software modules to fit with business needs. This is achieved by customising our software via our implementation team of software programmers. Any customer-specific changes to our software modules are also stored in the customer’s layer of Business Logic.

How does it work?
Configuration
Configuration tools offer customers the ability to tailor Emydex system screens, reports and label designs themselves in-house. This means Emydex is ideally suited to Large and Medium sized food processing organisations with an internal IT resource or IT Department. For smaller processors without internal IT resources, Emydex’s implementation and support teams will use the same configuration tools to quickly write new reports, design labels, write queries or add new questions to software screens on Emydex Client or Factory Floor applications. All such configuration changes are stored in the customer’s layer of Business Logic.

Emydex is built on an open systems architecture that facilitates systems integration with any other in-house or 3rd party hardware or software systems, including:
