I joined Emydex under the JobBridge scheme in November 2012 following a Higher Diploma in Software Development in Dublin Business School. Upon completion of the JobBridge I was kept on in a full time capacity as a Software Developer.
Emydex is conscious of the rapidly developing technology in this industry and the need to keep our skills up to date, working with new technologies is an element of my job which I love.
I have had exposure to both Product Development and Software Support and really enjoy the varied role. What I find great about working in Emydex is the mentoring that I get from Senior Developers and also the encouragement to work on my own initiative.

I joined Emydex in October 2011.As a result of being with the company for over 10 years, I’ve worn a few different hats and got to work closely with the different teams in Emydex: Support Team, Customer Implementations Team, Product Development Team and now as Head of the PMO which has allowed me to have a great overview Emydex.
As Emydex has expanded into different markets I’ve also had the pleasure of working with people in Australia, New Zealand and Canada, with the Emydex office in Ireland also having a wide range of cultures.
The most rewarding thing about working with Emydex is working with a team of people who are always willing to work as a team and help each other out, people gel well together in Emydex
I like the relationship that Emydex has with our customers, our customers are our partners, everyone pulling in the same direction to achieve the goals which makes for an engaging working environment.
What I like about my role is it is never the same thing each day. Emydex is always looking to improve and strive for excellence, this challenge makes for a rewarding working day.

I joined Emydex in 2011, and I can honestly say in all that time there hasn't been a dull moment.
I have seen Emydex grow from a small team of 7 or 8 developers with a one member support team, to a team of 26 developers with 12 members in support.
In this time the company has rapidly broadened its global customer base. Because of this, myself & my family were delighted to get the opportunity to locate ourselves in Brisbane, Australia on a couple of short term secondments, and we've thoroughly enjoyed every second of it.
Emydex has provided Carl and his family the opportunity to recently relocate from Ireland to Australia

I joined Emydex in 2019 after completing my Masters in Information Systems. I initially joined Emydex as an Application Support Engineer and progressed to Application Support Manager (Current Role).
This was a great learning experience for me, as I gained different exposures that boosted my self-confidence and strengthened my abilities. It is an exciting opportunity for me to work with the Emydex team and customers from around the world.

I joined Emydex as an FTE here in Guelph, Ontario in 2021. As an Irish Ex-Pat settled in North America for over 23 years, it’s been a very exciting opportunity to work with developers and clients again on a global level.
I have been involved in exciting projects in Canada, the US, South Africa, and Australia; with the amazing support from my peers and managers, I have really enjoyed the experience of making a difference to the company as we expand here in North America.
Our North American team has already grown as we continue to hire, gain new client prospects, and continue our support of our existing customers. It truly feels exciting to be a part of Emydex at this stage of its North American growth. During this pandemic, remote working has been a challenge for everyone, but working with peers across all regions has significantly lessened isolation. As we go into 2023, I look forward to the next great steps we take and feel very proud of our accomplishments to date.

I joined Emydex in 2021 as an Office Administrator. I am responsible for making sure our Emydex Dublin office runs smoothly.
When I first heard about this job opportunity from my friend, I must admit that I didn't know much about Emydex. But after doing some research I was impressed by Emydex’s work and their vision for the future, and how fast this company is growing.
