Yields & Costings Software
The Emydex Yields & Costings Software Module is a fully integrated component of the Emydex production management platform. The main function of the Yields & Costings software module is to produce yield analysis and costing information for the many production processes taking place across the factory.
The Emydex advanced Yield & Costing software module enhances the standard yield reports available from the other Emydex modules. The enhancement adds financial impact to the standard reports and can also include overhead, labour and packaging costs.

- Report at sub primal level
- Allocate fixed and variable costs against batches

Benefits of our System
Cutting Specifications
Configure various cutting specifications for different yielding outputs and set up standard/expected yields. Allocate standard costs against these cutting specifications.
Batches
Create batches in advance or on the fly from the factory as required. As well as grouping production runs for yielding, batches can also be used for batch level traceability reporting. Track input costs from items scanned into batches and capture output product prices using the Emydex price lists.
Yield Compilation
Use the Emydex compilation generator to compare yields across batches/shifts/days as required. If required fine-tune the input/output results and confirm costs before publishing yields. Published yields can be made available to the Enterprise Management system – Centralized reporting.
