Every shift in a food processing plant produces quality records: pre-operational checks, CCP monitoring, metal detection tests, label verification and GMP walkarounds. Where these are still done on paper, a missed check only becomes visible when someone notices the gap in the file.
The Emydex Electronic Quality Management System (EQMS) replaces paper-based quality checks with real-time electronic data capture, and is currently operating in meat, fish and food processing plants worldwide.
It is designed for the people who work in the factory: a simple interface with large buttons that operators can use with gloves on, so capturing data takes no longer than the check itself.
The system suits single and multi-site customers, hosted on-premises or in the cloud.
