The Emydex Quality Management System is currently operating in over a dozen Meat Fish and Food processing plants around the world. The Emydex quality management system provides our customers with the necessary tools to replace their existing paper-based quality checks with electronic data capture to provide real-time reporting on all quality metrics. This system is designed to be suitable for single and multi-site customers and can be hosted locally on-prem or hosted in the cloud.

This is the first place people land when logging into the system. This consol presents tasks for operators to complete as well as actions & notifications. What operators can see is controlled using user security.
Calendars & Schedules
Build production calendars against a specific plant or area and define operational hours. Allocate workflows to a schedule that will appear in a user’s “to do list” and monitor completion and missed activities.
Workflows are used to guide the operator through their check. Workflows can be configured to complete checks such as GMP’s, Pre-operational checks, metal detection, intake/label/product/carcass checks, glass & hard plastic and any other paper-based check that you have from door to door.
Customers can use the tools provided to build data grids and reports to present the data the way they want. This allows customers to easily slice and dice the data instantly and drill into the information they are after and benchmark plants. This allows customers to see Who, did What, Where, When and Why!
Further, enhance the visualization of your quality metrics by connecting to the Emydex Data Analytics System.
Customers can build and configure workflows internally using the workflow builder. This allows customers to add questions as required, configure conditional paths based on operators input and create actions and non-conformances. The workflow builder is extremely flexible to cater for nearly any paper-based check that you have today and more!
The Emydex quality management system has built in document storage which allows customers to upload, store and edit documents directly from the Emydex application. These documents can then be made available to operators as they complete checks, ensuring that they always have the most up to date version of the document! These documents can also be accessed directly whilst completing a check.
The system has inbuilt version control that can be applied to both workflows and documents. This ensures that you have full traceability on who made what changes and why. As the food industry is ever-changing it is vital that you are able to quickly change to suit new customer/country or government legislation changes.
