La Rousse Foods is an independent, 100% Irish-owned company, specialising in the supply of fine foods to premium food establishments since 1992. They offer a wide range of fresh, seasonal and innovative produce from a network of local and international producers and have their own butchery, cheese-maturing room and chocolate lab.
La Rousse has been an Emydex customer since April 2015 when they first went live with Phase 1 of the project, which covered Cheese Production Management. As part of this project, La Rousse implemented Emydex’s NAV Integration, Packing and Processing and Warehouse Management Modules. They also implemented Nice Labels Designer for printing labels. The same Software Modules were implemented in phase 2, for the Meat Production areas.
