Visiting Sustainable Beef in Nebraska

Earlier this month in Mid-November,  Shane Hayes, Emydex Product Manager and Cody Musclow, Project Manager with Emydex North America, visited the new Sustainable Beef packing plant in North Platte, Nebraska as part of our business discovery, and requirements gathering phase. In this article, we share highlights from the Emydex Sustainable Beef Nebraska site visit and what it means for our North American strategy. The visit marked a significant step in this latest Emydex project with Sustainable Beef, enabling Emydex to gain deeper insights into the workings and processes within this greenfield plant, from farm to fork, from ranchers to retailers, including some truly innovative processes.

Partnership Between Emydex and Sustainable Beef
