Started in 1986 Dawn Pork & Bacon’s operation consists of pork slaughtering through to deboning. Dawn Pork & Bacon provides pork products to customers in countries worldwide including mainland Europe, Japan, Korea, USA, Russia and Ireland.

An Emydex customer since 2006, Dawn Pork and Bacon use Emydex software for packing, warehousing and dispatch, as well as sales order processing and yield reporting through delivery of a full set of Yield reports specifically customised for Dawn Pork & Bacon’s requirements.

The company approached Emydex when its previous system had become outdated and expensive to run.

Brady Family has been producing the finest quality traditional ham from their base in Timahoe, Co Kildare since 1978.

The business was established when Ossie and Mary Brady decided to cook and sell quality hams, produced from their own kitchen in Co. Kildare. Since then, Brady Family has been in the business of delivering delicious, traditional tasting ham, cured the old-fashioned way.In 2000, the Brady Family business passed to Bill O’Brien and his family, when Mary and Ossie decided to retire.
